Proposed Modifications to the Codes of New York State

Public Comment - Proposed Revision of 19 NYCRR Part 1220 to 1228 and Part 1240

Pursuant to the provisions of the State Administrative Procedure Act, a Notice of Proposed Rule Making to revise the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (19 NYCRR Parts 1220 to 1228) and the Energy Conservation Construction Code (19 NYCRR Part 1240) has been published in the New York State Register. The Codes of New York State referenced in the text of the rule (are) is available on this website (click here).
